Cook - the successful candidate will have prior experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting. He or she will also possess the desire to learn the art of smoking meats. We have the expectation that the applicants will also cross-train for serving our customers at the front line. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities include, but limited to the following: preparing food, managing food stations, cleaning the kitchen, and helping the chef. It's a family restaurant and we all pitch in to make the day smooth and assist one another. It's a rewarding experience for all.

We are open for dine-in or take-out during normal business hours Saturday 11:30-6pm and Sunday 11:30 - 5pm. Closed Monday & Tuesday.
