Sweet Table Sauce:

Think of your traditional BBQ. Now forget it. BARK Sweet Table Sauce is tomato based with seasonings and spices that finish comparable to nothing else. Pairs well with all meats.

Spicy BBQ:

Same ingredients as BARK Sweet Table Sauce, but with heat from the added cayenne pepper spice. Pairs well with all meats for those that like a little kick in the meals.

Alabama White:

Creamy texture with subtle back notes of citrus and pepper. Pairs well with pulled chicken, brisket, St. Louis Ribs and when the Hot Fried Chicken is a tad bit too hot for you.

Asian Spiked BBQ:

Soy based sauce with drops of ginger and hints Asian spices swirling about your palate. *Note: Contains wheat! Pairs well with the St. Louis Ribs, pulled meats and even the Hush Puppies.

Caroline MOP:

Vinegar based sauce with heavy forward citrus flavor combined with lots of yummy seasonings. Make sure to shake it good before placing on your meat. Pairs with the pulled meats. No it doesn't. It is almost mandatory for the pulled meats. She's a little too loose for the ribs, but we don't judge if you want to bite from the bone and then sip from the ramekin. 

 Triple Grain Mustard BBQ Sauce:

Made with three different seeds that give this mustard a grainy texture and pronounced mustard flavor. It has several top secret ingredients that not even the chef will share with me. It is served with the smoked sausage or bratwurst, but can be requested for any meat, if you ask nicely.

Jamaican Jerk Sauce:

If you like the heat of your sauce to come from the finish after swallowing, then this sauce is for you. She has a clean, crisp flavor that makes your mouth feel fresh. The first note you will find is of fresh herbs. This is when the smile appears on your face. The next will be the wave of heat flowing down your throat and you may have a bead of sweat brewing on your brow. But it's not too hot. It's the perfect amount of heat.

Sassy Sauce:

This tangy sauce is creamy, sweet and a tab bit spicy. It is served on the BARK Original Fried Chicken Sandwich and select Features of the Day.

Roja Sauce:

This sauce is a treat to the palate. It is a tomato base with a blend of jalapeño, onion, garlic, cilantro and lime. It's wonderfully delicious and is only available with a Feature of the Day like the Super Beef 3-Way or the Colossal Beef Rib.
