This is the man responsible for the flavors coming out of that smoker and all of those pots. He had the vision and right partner encouraging him to follow his pursuit.

Thirty years after graduating Johnson & Wales and working his way up the corporate ladder to Executive Head Chef at some of the finest hotels in the country, Kurt Steinberg has decided to follow his passion and lifelong desire to offer his talents as Chef of BARK BBQ. He knew he had the right woman behind him and they followed their dream.

Kurt has been awarded numerous awards including Boston's best Baked Beans. Just wait until Plymouth tastes his tender smoked meats, we will need some additional wall space. Regardless of the inspiration, his meats taste so good! 

All of the sauces are homemade. Each one is an experience for your palate.  

The sides he has chosen to offer, pair well with any choice of meat. Don't be afraid to bring along your vegetarian family members and friends, there are plenty of side options for them.

And this is the woman beside the man. She encouraged Kurt and even gave him a little push of encouragement, because she has always seen his talents and abilities. 

She also is the one with the creative eye and designed the layout, coordinated the scheme and picked out every decoration you will see in this unique establishment.

For the last thirty years, Janice has not only held the positions of waitress, bartender and coordinator, but she has excelled at them all. After years of discussions, this power couple has decided it is time to finally follow their dream and emBARK on their journey.

Now she is bringing her experience and talents to showcase for you at BARK BBQ. Anything you need, just ask her and she will make sure you are happy with your choices of bbq ribs - brisket -  chicken - pork, whether dining in Plymouth or taking it to go.

She comes in early and she stays late. What more could you ask for in a partner?

Speaking of asking, if you ask her what is a s'mores cookie (sweet treat) she will tell you that it will change your life... and she's right!
